Review
TotalHTMLConverter is a program for transforming HTML files into several other formats. It can convert HTML or MHT files to DOC, XLS, PDF, JPG, TIFF, or plain-text documents. If the file to be converted includes Flash, the program will insert a screenshot of it when converting to another format (except for TXT files).
You can choose to convert any HTML file saved on your local drives, or any HTML or MHT page on the Internet (you just need to enter the URL in the upper right box, and the program will get it for you). You can use this feature to take a snapshot of any web site and save it in a JPEG or TIFF file.
When converting a file, you can specify the items to render (text, shape, and images), the quality of the JPEG files, the background image, or the color, margins, paper size and orientation. You will be able to set the program to include subfolders in the conversion process. Its batch capabilities will let you convert an unlimited number of files with just one simple operation, applying the selected settings to all documents.
This tool supports double-byte characters, allowing good-quality conversions of texts in oriental languages, such as Chinese, Japanese, or Korean. Finally, this versatile program can be used directly from your Windows Explorer's context menu or from the command line. |
